Orangetheory Fitness 60-minute group gym sessions are heart-rate monitored and composed of cardiovascular and strength training exercises. Utilizing treadmill training, indoor water rowers, TRX suspension training, and floor exercises, our personal trainers will lead you through a workout that will challenge you.


Orangetheory sessions are backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) and have been designed to keep your heart rate within a specific range. When your heart rate stays within that range, your metabolism is then stimulated and you will enjoy the extra energy. This results in what we like to refer to as the Orange Effect: additional energy, visible toning, and extra calorie burn for 24 to 36 hours after your workout is over!
