Haley first joined Orangetheory in September 2014 as a member and has been an avid participant ever since. Haley graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a degree in Exercise Science. She was also a strong leader on her Division I volleyball team. Haley plans on using her knowledge of exercise physiology combined with her ultra-competitive spirit and love for group activity to push all her session participants at OTF. She is the “tough” coach but she loves creating a strong workout atmosphere with great music and tons of enthusiasm in order to help her members achieve their personal fitness goals. Haley is also the Head Trainer at the Orangetheory Fitness Cumberland studio. Outside of the gym Haley loves coaching and playing volleyball and spending time with her dog, Theo.
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for my sanity and a healthier lifestyle. OTF is the best way to unwind after a long day!
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
My guilty pleasure is watching reality TV. I love it all... The Bachelor, Real Housewives, etc...
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
Deadlift (I love using heavy weights) or anything with the bosu!.
Karyn is a new member of the Orangetheory Team at the Cumberland Studio, but she is not new to Fitness. Karyn has over fifteen years of experience in the Health and Wellness Field. Her love for Fitness started at an early age as a competitive swimmer, dancer and cheerleader. Karyn graduated East Carolina University with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science. She spent the beginning part of her career in Hospital Based Fitness & Wellness, managing fitness centers, teaching group exercise classes and personal training. She is a passionate, motivating coach that wants everyone to achieve their personal bests! Karyn uses her passion for fitness to help people accomplish their fitness goals and maintain a positive self image. Away from the gym Karyn is very active with her two young kids, Peyton and Paxton whom both have a love for soccer and sports! She and her husband and kids live in Vinings.
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for my health, my family & peace of mind!
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Binge watching reality TV, mainly Bravo.
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
Any leg exercise on the floor and favorite part of the workout is the treadmill work.
Born in Fort Bragg, NC but raised in Germany and England, UK. Naomi grew up always into sports and dancing. Entertaining is her thing. Always a sprinter on the track field. Graduated from Cambridge Performing Arts, UK and moved to Atlanta, GA. Pursing her passion for the arts, her love for fitness and motivating others never left. AAAI ISMA (American Aerobic Association International Sports Medicine Association) certified. Bringing you great music, energy and fun. Work Hard, Play Hard

I burn to be the best version of me along with health benefits and life longevity. I can't be stopped!

Jamaican patties, ketchup, Spinach dip and red wine.
